We exist to create food experiences that not only taste good but do good. We are on a mission to create a world where no one goes without food. We do this by putting people, the planet, purpose before profits and shareholders. By using 15% of our revenue to support food charities and by supporting other young purpose driven foodies too bring their ideas to market. Our combined growth will enable us to redress and tackle on one of the world’s most pressing issues.
People
We care about others and offer freshly baked grants to help those looking to start their purpose-driven food businesses. We care about our people and the min we pay is £15 per hour to ensure they can afford to put food on their table and to the do things that matter to them. Any member of staff can apply to be the CEO of any of our companies and they will be given 75% ownership, we don’t set your working week you do, so you can spend time baking lots of yummy stuff with the free baking kits everyone gets at work or spend time learning a new skill.
Planet
We audit our supply chain and only work with companies that pay their staff the minimum wage and prioritize diversity, inclusion, and ethical treatment. We refuse to work with companies that done share our values that means we turn away 45% of requests. We are committed to our NET ZERO journey and use Climate Essentials to guide us through the process. We have a zero-waste food policy and nothing to land fill every events gets nibbles boxes packed with food left over so guests to nibble on the way home or share with others, we give any product with 60 days shelf life to our charity partners.
Promise
All our private and corporate clients never have to pay for basic catering and service ware hire, if we have it you can borrow it. We promise to add value that matter to you, as we develop new services to will never have to pay for them. We will always delight and surprise you whenever we work you, everyone deserves a treat. If we work in your home, office venue we will leave it spotlessly clean & take our rubbish away to be recycled. We price check our services against others to ensure we offer the service and price This will always be on like for like quality, quantity and the added value we offer.
